Food Sales Representative

We're a fast-growing nut manufacturer based in New Jersey, USA. We make confectionery nuts: butter toffee almonds, pecans and peanuts, and caramel-coated nuts, cooked in big hot-panning kettles. We also roast, pack and private-label nuts for other brands. Our clients are US snack brands, stores and distributors who want their own label on the bag without running a factory.

Pay

Plus 5% commission on every order from each client you bring in, for as long as they keep ordering.

Land five steady clients and your commission can pass your base many times over. We're a service business. When a brand starts making their product with us, they don't leave after one order. They reorder every month, for years. You get paid on every one of those orders.

What you'll do

• Find US food brands, retailers and distributors who need a manufacturer.
• Call them, email them and message them on LinkedIn.
• Book calls, send samples, follow up until they place their first order.
• Keep track of every lead in our CRM.

Who we want

• At least 3 years of sales, with food, snacks, FMCG or ingredients.
• You've sold to businesses, not just walk-in customers.
• A clear, natural US accent on the phone.
• Hungry. You want to earn more than a fixed salary allows.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM PKT (US business hours).
