Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and experienced Senior Copywriter with a strong background in copywriting and content creation, preferably within a creative agency environment.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing compelling brand stories, creating impactful campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Briefs & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to obtain clear and concise creative briefs aligned with project objectives.

• Participate actively in client discussions to understand business challenges and communication requirements.

• Ask relevant questions to gather complete information before initiating creative work.

2. Concept Development

• Take complete ownership of pitch decks from brief to final presentation.

• Conduct research and develop creative strategies for client requirements.

• Generate innovative concepts and campaign ideas.

• Develop themes, messaging, and creative direction that resonate with target audiences.

• Brainstorm with internal teams to create compelling campaign ideas.

3. Campaign Execution

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

• Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent business language.

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Continuously improve the quality and originality of all content.

• Stay updated with global communication trends and industry best practices.

• Take responsibility for the overall quality of copy and creative deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company websites using SEO and content marketing best practices.

• Develop blogs, articles, and case studies highlighting successful projects.

• Create portfolios, credentials, presentations, videos, and showreels.

• Develop and execute thought leadership content strategies.

• Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms.

• Support digital marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Prepare compelling award submissions and business presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Copywriting and Content Creation.

• Prior experience in a Creative Agency or Corporate Environment is preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing copywriting across multiple media and industries.
