Environmental Of Counsel/Partner

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on land use and environmental matters

- Handle large-scale public and private development projects

- Counsel clients on land use entitlements and zoning issues

- Assist with regulatory permitting and environmental review processes

- Interpret and apply CEQA requirements

- Support land use litigation matters

- Manage multiple client matters simultaneously

Qualifications:

- JD and licensed to practice in CA

- 10+ years of environmental/land use law experience

- Extensive knowledge of CEQA

- Strong understanding of California planning, zoning, and land use laws

- Experience with land use entitlements and regulatory permitting

- Land use litigation experience
