Hiring: Finance Operations Customer Service Specialist | Pune

Location: Pune – Work from Office

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

⏰ Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM | Monday–Friday

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Must-Have Skills:

• Accounts Payable / Procurement / Travel & Expenses experience
• Finance/Procurement Helpdesk experience – Essential
• SAP Concur experience – Essential
• Contact Centre calibre voice and accent
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• Strong email writing and MIS skills
• Good understanding of P2P / AP processes
• Customer query and complaint resolution
• Willingness to work from office all 5 days for the first 6 months

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration
