Account Manager

Senior Account Manager – Financial Services Madison Davis is looking for an experienced staffing professional to take ownership of existing relationships across our financial services client base and help turn them into larger, more productive accounts. The role comes with access to established clients, signed agreements, active relationships, and accounts where there is considerably more opportunity than we are currently capturing. The right person will be given real business to work with and expected to deepen relationships, expand into new departments, revive dormant contacts, and create additional hiring activity across the organization. This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows how to grow accounts and wants the ability to build meaningful revenue without starting every conversation from scratch. What You’ll Do Manage and expand relationships across financial services accounts Take ownership of existing client relationships and identify areas for growth Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, HR, Talent Acquisition, and procurement Develop new contacts inside existing organizations Reengage dormant and underutilized accounts Uncover hiring needs across multiple staffing disciplines Connect client needs with the appropriate Madison Davis recruiting teams Expand relationships across departments and business units Increase account penetration and overall revenue Build deeper, longer-term enterprise relationships What We’re Looking For Staffing, recruiting, account management, or business development experience Financial services exposure strongly preferred Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills Experience managing or growing existing accounts Commercial mindset and strong follow-through Comfortable navigating large organizations and multiple stakeholders Ability to identify opportunities beyond the initial client contact Someone who wants to grow into larger account or leadership responsibility Competitive base salary, commission, existing client access, recruiting support, and significant room for growth.
