The Project Manager, Exhibit Audio Visual will lead the ongoing development and growth of the AV e- Commerce platform, partnering closely with IT and the Customer Experience team to bring AV- only shows online and drive adoption across the exhibitor base. The Project Manager will plan and manage the activities of designated sales projects to ensure that each projects objectives are accomplished within the timeframe and within the established guidelines and parameters. They will support operational functions by researching, building, planning, and implementing application- supported process improvements. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful processes, procedures, and adherence to company standards are met at all levels.

This position will support our AV Exhibits group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Orlando, FL
  • Las Vegas, NV
  • Dallas, TX
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure data integrity with Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities in Salesforce, and for FOL and e-Commerce platforms.
Maintain accurate reports for sales leadership and executives.
Create and implement ESR (Exhibitor Sales Representative) training programs for AV products.
Create professional presentations and other sales communications.
Prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Consult with management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope including archiving and quality requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
Manage and coordinate research projects, perform specified data analyses and studies as requested, and develop and present ad hoc reports in support of various initiatives.
Observe and analyze business processes and participate in the development of improved business processes.
Produce standard and ad- hoc reports at the request of the management team.
Create, analyze, and recommend actions based on trends within key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide recurring analysis and evaluate internal workflow processes.
Monitor and manage the AV Services email inbox and Exhibit Collection orders on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Collaborate with Marketing on ordering behaviors for transactional exhibitors and inform related marketing strategy and/ or changes in e-Commerce.
QC all digital offerings related to Exhibit AV, including FOL, E- Commerce, the AV Lookbook, and the AV Landing Page.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four- year college/ university preferred or High School Diploma with 3-5 years of equivalent relevant work experience required.
Experience in some aspects of the creative or sales process (marketing, design, traffic management, sales support, RFI/RFPs or production) is preferred.
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, Adobe InDesign and other graphics software.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
