Manager Accounting Financial Reporting | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a consumer services firm seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager for its Central region. This position will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical support for sites across the Central IN region.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMBA, MHA, or other relevant master’s degree preferredApproximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experiencePrior accounting leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAPExperience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysisAbility to communicate financial information to non-financial audiencesProficiency with Excel and financial systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare industry experience preferred
