Job Description Lead allpreconstruction and estimating activities from concept through contract award Develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and detailed cost analyses Manage bid solicitations, subcontractor relationships, and procurement efforts Conduct value engineering reviews and cost-saving recommendations Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions Assist in proposal development and client presentations Support business development and project pursuit efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of commercial constructionpreconstruction or estimating experience Experience working on ground-up projects valued at $15M+ Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, budgeting, and value engineering Proficiency with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong communication and leadership skills What's on Offer Base Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 Comprehensive benefits package Long-term leadership growth opportunities Stable project pipeline Executive exposure and mentorship
