Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support seniors in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. You will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide ADL training, mobility and cognitive rehab, caregiver education, and discharge planning in a resident-centered, teamwork-driven environment focused on dignity, respect, and continuous clinical improvement.
