Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in DeSoto, Texas. As a HR Coordinator, you will: Coordinate and drive ongoing programs, projects, or processes that have wide-ranging effect on the organization. Perform Human Resources related administrative duties in support of HR activities such as employment, compensation, etc. which include the creation and maintenance of employee records and various related HR files. Coordinates and executes onboarding procedures for new hires. Consults and collaborates with other HR employees to ensure consistent application of practices and policies.
