Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Carlsbad, CA. The Sales Associate will assist prospective and existing customers by responding to inquiries, presenting product features and benefits, and preparing quotes for go-karts, barriers, tires, and related equipment. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound calls and emails, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM or similar systems, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The role also involves building long-term relationships with karting centers and entertainment venues, supporting trade shows or industry events as needed, and collaborating with the broader team to meet sales targets and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and via email.Candidates should possess solid sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, consultative selling, and closing skills suited to B2B environments.Candidates should possess basic business and administrative skills, such as CRM or database usage, order entry, and accurate documentation of quotes and transactions.Candidates should possess problem-solving and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Candidates should possess an interest in motorsports, entertainment, or related industries and be able to learn product specifications and safety considerations quickly. xzbcwsv Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus), prior experience in inside sales or distribution, and comfort working in a small, collaborative team environment.
