Sr. Manager – Accounts

Qualifications: CA / Semi‑CA / ICWA

Responsibilities:

• Finalize accounts and monthly closures, ensuring provisions are included.
• Prepare balance sheets with notes and schedules for a listed company.
• Apply knowledge of IND‑AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
• Use finance ratios and industry benchmarks for analysis.
• Prepare board/shareholder presentations on financial reporting.
• Independently handle all audits (statutory, tax, internal, bank, cost, special).
• Reconcile receivables and payables with customers/vendors.
• Prepare projected financials for investors and bankers.

Experience: 7–10 years

Budget to hire - CTC: ₹10–12 Lakhs

This is a senior leadership role in accounting, requiring strong technical expertise, audit independence, and board‑level reporting skills.
