Our client, a major bank, is looking to hire a Business Automation Analyst in New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ. Pay Rate Range: $60-65/hr W2, based on experience Responsibilities: LOCATION: can sit in either Jersey City or NYC (1 NY Plaza) - Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Automation Initiatives – Wealth Management Operations Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate to support and drive automation initiatives within our Wealth Management Operations division. In this role, you will balance technical development skills with business analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with operations teams to identify high-impact process automation opportunities and implement solutions using RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Power Automate, etc..) and scripting languages (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of operational processes and controls, experience delivering automation projects, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
