This is a relationship-driven trade seat, not a retail counter. You will represent Guru Diam to jewellers, jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and designers: quoting loose lab grown diamonds from live inventory, coordinating custom jewellery, and growing a book of B2 B accounts you will own.

You are selling to buyers who purchase for resale and production, people who care about price, availability, certs, and turnaround, and who come back order after order. Repeat business, not one-shot closes. Build a book once and it pays you again and again.

Manage and grow a book of trade accounts: jewellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and designers buying for resale and production Quote loose lab grown stones from live inventory: certified goods, fancy color, color melee, matched pairs, and antique cuts Source and pull stones against client specs; negotiate price and terms Respond fast across Whats App, phone, and email. Follow-through wins this trade Prospect, onboard, and activate new trade accounts; reactivate dormant ones Support domestic trade buyers and coordinate with our New York and Los Angeles offices on export enquiries Handle memo and trade terms for qualified buyers Intake custom and finished jewellery requests, translate them into a spec, and shepherd them through our CAD and made-to-order pipeline to on-time delivery Work our B2 B ordering portal, live inventory, and CRM WHAT YOU BRING

Must-have

2 to 5 years of B2 B, wholesale, or trade sales (selling to businesses, not retail consumers) Strong communication and negotiation; a relationship-builder people trust Organized, responsive, high-activity work style with real follow-through Numerically fluent: comfortable with margin, price-per-carat, and quoting math Comfortable with a CRM, online ordering portal, Excel or CSV stock files, and Whats App Fluent in English, spoken and written, for trade correspondence and client calls Able to work on-site in Surat

Nice to have

Diamond, gemstone, or fine jewellery trade experience An existing book of trade accounts or industry relationships in Surat, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, or Jaipur Familiarity with lab grown diamonds (CVD and HPHT), the 4 Cs, and IGI or GIA certs GIA or IGI coursework, trade show experience (JCK, IIJS, GJEPC events) Export documentation or overseas client exposure
