About the Role

This is a Business Generation role.

The selected candidate will be directly responsible for bringing new clients and generating revenue for the company.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • actively approach potential clients
  • build conversations
  • convert leads into business

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through:
  • outbound calls
  • social media outreach
  • online platforms
  • Identify and approach potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and pitch services
  • Convert leads into paid projects
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal team after deal closure

Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • This role is target-driven and revenue-focused
  • Candidate will be evaluated based on:
  • number of new clients onboarded
  • revenue generated
  • conversion rate

Primary responsibility: Bringing new business to the company

  • Strong communication and convincing ability
  • Confidence in speaking with new clients
  • Sales mindset with focus on closing deals
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
