Campus Operations Coordinator (AI Education Program)
Overview
An elite private school is launching a redesigned AI-focused student curriculum and is seeking a Campus Operations Coordinator to support program execution at one of its Santa Barbara campuses. This person will be responsible for managing logistics, student engagement, operations, and day-to-day coordination of a 10-week intensive summer program focused on AI, entrepreneurship, research, robotics, and public speaking.

- Location: Santa Barbara, CA for first 10 weeks, full-time positions following in Boca Raton
- Travel: Housing provided, travel paid, company vehicle available
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
- Program Length: 10 weeks
- Post-Program: Opportunity to transition into an operations or advising role in Boca Raton, FL
- Holiday Travel: Company will fly employee home for Thanksgiving and Christmas
