Role Overview

Paisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan products
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
• Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalities
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closure
• Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality service
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Sales
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Strong sales-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
