Acting as the primary contact for escalated service issues, the full-time Logistics Escalations Specialist will resolve complex service disruptions by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining detailed documentation, all while working remotely with flexible shifts available. Key responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for escalated service issues across various communication channels Analyze and resolve service disruptions by collaborating with dispatch and cross-functional teams Manage a high volume of escalations, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact Required qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D 3 years of relevant work experience in a team setting 3 years of experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally to resolve service issues
