Design clear product experiences for web and mobile - flows engineers can ship, and interfaces clients can run without a design babysitter.

You will partner with engineers on scoped weekly increments: discovery clarity, interaction design, and polish that survives production. We want designers who write crisp specs, respect constraints, and care about accessibility and empty states as much as hero screens.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows for web and mobile product surfaces
• Partner with engineering on scoped increments and feasible UI
• Raise clarity on empty states, errors, and accessibility
• Contribute reusable patterns and lightweight design systems
• Facilitate feedback with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped product work (not only concept decks)
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking
• Comfort working closely with engineers in async remote teams
• Clear written English for specs and critique
