Manager – Plant Finance & Commercial
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our Finance team.
Role Locations: SEW-EURODRIVE India Pvt Ltd. SP6-46, Karoli Industrial Area,
Tapukara, Dist- Alwar, Rajasthan
Responsibilities
Experienced finance professional responsible for overseeing accounting, financial controls, statutory compliance, audit coordination, risk management, and governance processes. Manages Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, fixed assets, cost center accounting, and SAP/ERP master data. Ensures compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, and company policies while coordinating with auditors, banks, and cross-functional teams. Drives process improvements, prepares MIS reports, manages insurance and risk-related matters, and leads team development through training, mentoring, and performance enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: CA / ICWA – Inter/ Final. (other qualifications please excuse)
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferable from MNC, with sound knowledge of SAP FICO, Food working knowledge of cross-functional Modules of SAP and Good knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax.
Essential Skills: Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Excellent Accounting & Analytical Skills,, Presentation & Communication Skills.
