Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Shift Options:
Monday to Friday | 5:50am - 2:00pm
Monday to Thursday | 1:50pm - 12:00am
Please note: Due to the finish time of the afternoon shift, own transport is essential for the PM shift, as public transport is not available from Brackmills at midnight.
Production Line Operatives Required - Brackmills
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Production Line Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates with previous production line or packing line experience. The role will involve working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, packing and preparing products, carrying out quality checks and supporting the wider production team.
Previous production line or packing line experience is required for this role.
The Role
As a Production Line Operative, your duties may include:
Working on a fast-paced production and packing line
Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Moving and handling materials
Completing manual handling duties, including heavy lifting
Assisting with production line set-up where required
Supporting the operation of production machinery
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a busy production team
Following all site health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For

Have previous production line or packing line experience
Have worked within a manufacturing or factory environment
Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Are happy with heavy lifting where required
Have good attention to detail
Can work at pace while maintaining accuracy
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work well as part of a team
Are looking for long-term temp-to-perm work
Have own transport for the afternoon shift due to the midnight finish
