Empowering Family Partner for Youth Mental Health

Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center is seeking a Family Partner in Plano, TX to provide peer mentoring, education and support to caregivers of youth with serious emotional disturbance. You will work with families, Case Managers, Counselors and Physicians in a trauma-informed, family-centered model.

Responsibilities include introducing families to the treatment process, modeling self-advocacy, making referrals, and coordinating community supports.
