Scheduling Coordinator

Onsite 4 days / week in Arlington Heights, IL

JOB DESCRIPTIONThis individual will be the main point of contact to coordinate and schedule site visits and design meetings for installation technicians to survey commercial business branch locations for Wi-Fi installation. They will coordinate with property managers/property owners, and technical teams to schedule site visits to the specific multi-dwelling locations. They will document communication, and provide updates to all parties as necessary. Strong written and verbal communication and customer service is required and a high level of organization and professionalism is needed
