About the Role

We are looking for SAP BASIS Consultants with strong AMS / Production Support experience to join an enterprise support project. Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and BASIS administration activities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain SAP production systems Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities Support transport management and system health checks Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution Ensure SLA adherence in support operations

Required Skills

SAP BASIS Administration AMS / Production Support SAP ECC / S4 HANA System Monitoring & Troubleshooting Transport Management System (TMS) Background Job Monitoring Incident & Ticket Handling Service Now or similar ticketing tools
