Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer (Graphic Design + Photo

Retoucher) with preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our in-house creative team. This

role will work across Design, Production and Marketing teams to transform production outputs into

premium visual assets for digital, e-commerce, social media, campaigns and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility along with exceptional photo

retouching skills, ensuring every image meets the highest creative and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, performance marketing, websites, e-commerce,

CRM campaigns and other brand communication.

• Professionally retouch model and product photography while maintaining natural skin texture,

accurate product colours and a premium visual aesthetic.

• Refine and enhance images captured by the in-house production team as well as assets received

from external photographers and agencies.

• Perform advanced skin cleanup, background cleanup, masking, compositing, colour correction

and image optimisation for campaign-ready outputs.

• Collaborate closely with the Design and Production teams to transform production outputs into

premium visual assets that support marketing, digital, e-commerce and brand communication

requirements.

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop campaign creatives, launch assets, banners, product

visuals and promotional communication.

• Maintain organised design files, asset libraries, templates and brand elements for efficient

collaboration across teams.

• Ensure consistency across typography, layouts, colour usage, imagery and overall brand identity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Deliver premium-quality creatives with minimal revision cycles.

• Maintain consistent quality in photo retouching and image refinement.

• Ensure campaign assets are delivered accurately and on time.

• Maintain organised project files and reusable design assets.

• Contribute to a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Please share a portfolio demonstrating graphic design, campaign creatives, social media assets,

product design work and professional photo retouching. Applications showcasing beauty, skincare,

cosmetics, fashion or premium consumer

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Must Have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.

• Good to Have: Adobe InDesign, Figma, Basic After Effects, Adobe Firefly or other AI-assisted

creative tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition and premium visual

aesthetics.

• Experience working on beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion or premium consumer brands will be

an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Please share a portfolio demonstrating graphic design, campaign creatives, social media assets,

product design work and professional photo retouching. Applications showcasing beauty, skincare,

cosmetics, fashion or premium consumer brands will be preferred. Applications without a portfolio

will not be considered.
