Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage the review and quality control of design and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings by leveraging industry-standard QC practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehension of US Construction Documents Set (CD set)
• Coordination check among different disciplines
• Drawings Review:

Conduct thorough reviews of architectural and engineering drawings to ensure design integrity and completeness.

Identify and rectify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in the drawings.

• Use of QC Checklists:

Utilize comprehensive QC checklists to confirm the inclusion of all necessary design components.

Ensure all quality control criteria and project standards are consistently met.

• Coordination Check:

Verify coordination among all disciplines including Architectural, Structural, and MEPF drawings.

Employ overlay techniques or Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective clash detection and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in drawings review, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulatory requirements.
