Job Title: Assistant Payroll Manager
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Experience: 3 – 5 Years (US Payroll) Education: CA Intern preferred or B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Role Overview We are hiring an Assistant Payroll Manager to lead US payroll processing and support monthly financial books closing during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities US Payroll Management:
End-to-end processing of multi-state US payroll using ADP, QuickBooks, and other tools; manage tax withholdings, deductions, and federal/state compliance. Books Closing & Accounting:
Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-to-GL matching. Reporting & Audits:
Reconcile payroll registers and resolve payroll or ledger discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of experience in US payroll administration and general accounting. Hands-on proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks , and Advanced MS Excel. CA Intern background preferred, or equivalent finance degree. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
