• 350-400k annual earning potential through salary and P&L model that includes a quality bonus up to 20% of total earnings
• 2-year income guarantee. Can transition off IG at any time to maximize earnings.
• 100% outpatient position, 1:5 call (phone only)
• 1:1 MA to physician ratio, experienced support staff
• 5min from the hospital with excellent longstanding referral network for specialist
• Inpatient rounds available if interested however not required.
• Busy from day one - taking over a sizable 2000 patient panel from retiring physician
