Business Development Executive

BrainBox Media is a creative marketing agency that partners with brands to build meaningful digital experiences through strategy, storytelling and content. We work with startups, D2C brands and established businesses across industries, helping them grow with impactful creative campaigns and digital-first thinking.

We're looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping brands discover what BrainBox Media can do for them.

This is more than just a sales role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in growing the agency.

• Research brands and identify potential business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Personalize outreach and sales pitches based on each brand.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to understand client requirements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments. 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Confident with LinkedIn, email outreach and lead generation.
• Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn.
• Experience in an agency environment is a bonus.

Location: Remote (Mumbai candidates preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year
