Job Details: Finance Associate Attorney - Debt Responsibilities: - Represent startup, venture-backed, and public companies in debt financing and secured transactions - Structure, negotiate, and document commercial loan facilities and other financing transactions - Advise clients throughout debt finance matters with significant direct client interaction - Work closely with company executives, board of directors, and investment funds - Handle venture-backed debt, recurring revenue loans, asset-based lending, fund finance, and other debt financing Qualifications: - Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in financing transactions - Bilateral and syndicate loan experience - 3+ years of debt finance experience ideally within a large law firm or recognized boutique - Strong written, ver
