b Overview /b p In this role you will provide expert technical support during implantation and follow-up of DBS and SCS systems, working with NHS and private hospitals. You will travel within the region to educate, support, and build strong hospital relationships while contributing to the regional neuromodulation strategy. The role combines hands-on device programming, clinical collaboration, and customer education to ensure successful patient outcomes. This is a field-based, travel-heavy position in a dynamic healthcare setting with meaningful impact on patient care and system performance. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li defined-contribution pension /li li private healthcare /li li life assurance /li li flexible benefits scheme /li li development opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide primary technical support to customers during implantation and follow-up /li li Perform complex device and programming troubleshooting independently /li li Assist in management and delivery of regional customer education training events /li li Develop understanding of regional account objectives and strategy for all accounts in the assigned region /li li Build strong professional relationships in various hospital settings /li li Support regional NMD business strategy via product implantation coverage in accounts as agreed with leadership /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li BSc degree, ideally in a Scientific discipline /li li Experience in medical devices industry or as a physiotherapist/pain nurse moving into industry /li li Knowledge of UK healthcare market /li li Demonstrated flexibility with regards to working hours and location of customer support /li li Strong verbal and written communication skills /li li Familiarity with clinic and OR procedures (preferred) /li li Good keyboard skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email /li /ul ul li flexibility /li li relationship-building /li li communication /li li device implantation and programming troubleshooting /li li MS Word /li li MS Excel /li /ul
