Build AI is the data hyperscaler for Physical AI. We're vertically integrated across hardware, manufacturing, logistics, collection, and model training to scale the physical labor dataset orders of magnitude faster than anyone in the world.

Responsibilities

Build is launching a planet-scale data collection effort to solve physical labor. You will help lead this effort. You must be aggressive, hungry, and deeply determined.

1. You will own the data scaling effort end to end.

2. You will evaluate regions and decide on new markets for scaling.

3. You will execute the launch strategy independently. This includes building exceptional local sales teams (both door to door and cold calling), running meta ads or UGC, sending mass cold outbounds, and establishing partnerships with local businessmen/politicians.

4. You will pro-actively go in-country to accelerate progress despite not speaking the language.

5. You will be responsible for your regions’ success. This includes hiring regional leads to ensure reliable data flow, designing the correct incentive structures to compress costs, resolving regulatory complications, and much more.

6. You will repeat this motion as fast as physically possible across the world.

7. You will constantly question and innovate on every aspect of data scaling to accelerate the company!

We are a fully in-person team in San Francisco (Financial District) and Shenzhen (Nanshan), and greatly value engineering skills. We do not have boundaries between engineering and research, and we expect all of our technical staff to contribute to both and work across disciplines as needed.
