Customer Service Representative - UMV Abbott Branch

Job Title We are seeking someone with a demonstrated passion for providing exceptional in-person customer service with a background that highlights their ability to successfully engage with clients while using their keen attention to detail to review documents, accurately and quickly update computer databases and accurately handle monetary transactions. Work experience with DMV transactions, as a teller, loan origination or administrative support of car dealerships is a significant plus. Job Description Working for UMV is working for a company that is focused on the success and growth of its employees while serving the community with the best experience and service possible. You will be giving your community the gift of time by eliminating the need to stand in long lines at the DMV. You will do this by quickly and accurately completing DMV related transactions through the review and verification of client documents. You will use these documents to update various computer databases while issuing personal and vehicle credentials. You will also offer additional services to enhance the customer's experience. You will be part of a team of fellow agents and managers that are always available to answer questions and assist.
