HIRING NOW | Tele-Operator (Robotics Remote Operations)

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) Contract Duration: 2+ months Shift Schedule: Seven-day operational coverage across three shifts (Pacific Time) 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate robotic systems remotely using camera-based control interfaces. Perform precise manipulation tasks with controlled movements. Work with first-person (egocentric) camera perspectives. Maintain excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions. Monitor operations, identify errors, and maintain quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.• Good spatial awareness and depth perception.• Excellent focus and attention to detail.• Comfort with gaming controllers or technical control interfaces.• Ability to follow structured instructions and work accurately under pressure.
PREFERRED BACKGROUNDExperience in robotics, gaming, VR/AR, simulation, drone operation, remote machinery control, or technical operations is a plus.
