Base Salary: $200K
Practice: Construction defect, trucking, premises, and products defense, plus coverage advice on the same files. The work includes risk-transfer arguments through additional-insured and indemnity positions.

Duties and Responsibilities: Defend construction defect, trucking, premises, and products claims in New York and New Jersey courts. Draft coverage positions and additional-insured / indemnity arguments on those same files. Take and defend depositions. Prepare cases for mediation and trial, including dispositive motions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active New York bar (New Jersey a plus). 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense, construction, or coverage — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
