Churchill Residential, is looking for a LeadMaintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Vista Ridge, a 120-unit SeniorLiving Community. This position isresponsible to provide maintenance, cleaning,and repairs of entire property. Responsible for the completion of make ready unitsand the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments priorto occupancy. Performs and assignsresident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Promotes and works as a team with themaintenance and office staff. Provides excellent customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCAguidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Drivers and autoinsurance is required. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills required. Previous maintenanceexperience in related industry required. EPA required and CPO preferred.
