No previous experience of insurance is necessary.

After your training your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

Title Trainee Personal Lines Executive Location Hybrid / Newry Overview As a Trainee Personal Lines Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services.

We will provide full training and support to help you achieve the competencies required.

You will be engaging with potential and existing clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

What you will be responsible for Sell insurance products to new clients and retaining existing clients Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling appropriate products Provide excellent advice to clients on suitable home, motor, and personal insurance products to meet their needs Handle new business quotations, renewals, and policy amendments with accuracy Put the Client at the centre of everything we do including responding promptly to customer queries and providing clear, helpful guidance, advice and documentation in accordance with FCA regulations Build rapport with clients and fostering ongoing customer loyalty Liaise with insurance providers to source the most competitive cover Work collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver excellent service Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations including maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with industry standards Maintain high levels of client confidentiality Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures and FCA regulations Knowledge and experience required 2 years+ experience in personal lines insurance An understanding of personal insurance products IT proficient Skills required Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to be part of a growing team, collaborating daily Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Self-driven and motivated Remuneration Package Competitive salary package including performance bonus, based on experience About Dolmen Insurance Brokers Dolmen Insurance Brokers in Dublin commenced trading in 1998 and we have now grown into a multi-location, customer service focused business providing a wide range of personal and commercial insurance solutions. xrexnqw
