To support Engineering and Product teams, the full-time remote People Business Partner - Tech will manage organizational design, performance management, and employee relations while fostering a strong culture and effective team dynamics. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner to Engineering and Product leaders, guiding them through growth and change Lead efforts in organizational design to ensure team structures align with business priorities Oversee performance management cycles, including feedback, promotions, and compensation discussions Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in People roles, with at least 4 years as a People Business Partner Experience in high-growth SaaS environments supporting Engineering and Product leaders Understanding of technical team operations and career paths Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance Proven ability to work with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones
