Introduction
Our client is a practice providing veterinary care for dogs and cats and is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to join a brand-new facility on a full-time basis. The practice is designed to support comprehensive veterinary medicine within a modern clinical environment, with the Lead Veterinarian taking an active role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the development of the new practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care while maintaining accurate and timely medical records and delivering a high standard of patient and client care. Responsibilities include managing complicated medical cases, performing complex surgical procedures, establishing trusted relationships with clients through communication and education, and collaborating with the wider veterinary team to provide efficient, team-based care. The role will also involve supporting the growth and development of the paraprofessional team, reviewing performance metrics, and contributing to the hospital's operational and financial goals. This position is specifically for an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The brand-new facility is equipped with advanced equipment and purpose-built technology to support comprehensive veterinary care. The practice emphasizes continued learning, professional development, clinical growth, and a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. Hospital opening hours and scheduling will be discussed with the hospital team as the new facility develops.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
