Project manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of new restaurant projects and outlet openings. The ideal candidate should have expertise in restaurant design coordination, project execution, vendor management, and F& B operations to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Manage end-to-end execution of new restaurant and outlet opening projects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Review and understand restaurant layouts, kitchen plans, BOH/FOH designs, and Auto CAD drawings. Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and resolve project execution challenges. Coordinate procurement and installation of kitchen equipment, furniture, fixtures, and operational assets. Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Purchase, HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and brand standards during project execution. Manage outlet handover and ensure operational readiness before launch. Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.

REQUIREMENTS -

5–8 years of experience in F& B project management, hospitality, or restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of restaurant layout planning, kitchen planning, and BOH/FOH design. Ability to read and understand Auto CAD drawings, layouts, and technical plans. Experience in coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
