We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to internal audit processes, risk assessment, internal controls, compliance reviews, and business process evaluations across various functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audits across business functions and processes.
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of audit assignments.
• Perform testing of internal controls and identify process gaps and control weaknesses.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential risks.
• Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Track audit observations and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in risk assessments and development of risk-based audit plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Support special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Intermediate/IPCC qualified candidate pursuing Articleship and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong understanding of accounting, auditing principles, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
