RV Sales Associate Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV's, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! What You'll Do: Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with F Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
