Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Davis & Ceriani is a 7-10 attorney law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation and real estate transactions located in downtown Denver. We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-8 years of experience. Prior civil litigation experience, or experience clerking for an appellate court is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:· JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;· Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;· Ability to plan ahead and manage both time and workflow with multiple direct reports;· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;· Detail oriented with strong organizational expertise;· Strong analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.Note: This posting is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.Applicants should respond with a cover letter, resume, and references.
