Job Details Elford is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality our clients expect. This position is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys working on complex multifamily developments and is comfortable traveling to support projects across the region. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, owners, architects, and trade partners to drive successful project execution while building strong client relationships.
