Associate Professor / Professor – LAW

DBS Global University invites applications for the position of Associate Professor / Professor – Law from accomplished academicians with strong teaching, research, and academic experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, academic development, student mentoring, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the School of Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and engaging lectures in the area of specialization.
• Develop course plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Adopt innovative, research-oriented, and student-centric teaching methodologies.
• Conduct tutorials, seminars, case discussions, moot courts, workshops, and practical learning activities.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and professional matters.
• Guide students in research projects, dissertations, internships, moot courts, and other academic activities.
• Participate in curriculum development, revision, and academic planning.
• Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the University.

Eligibility Criteria

Associate Professor:

• LL.B., LL.M., NET & Ph.D. in Law is mandatory.
• At least one of the candidate's academic degrees must be from a National Law University (NLU).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant teaching/research/academic experience, as applicable to the position and in accordance with prevailing UGC/University norms.
• At least one Ph.D. scholar should have been registered under the candidate’s supervision/guidance.

Professor:

• LL.B., LL.M., NET & Ph.D. in Law is mandatory.
• At least one of the candidate's academic degrees must be from a National Law University (NLU).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant teaching/research/academic experience, as applicable to the position and in accordance with prevailing UGC/University norms.
• At least one Ph.D. scholar should have completed his/her Ph.D. under the candidate’s supervision/guidance.
