Role Description:

• Identify and connect with CXOs, CIOs, Directors and senior executives from client-approved companies.
• Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
• Present the conference agenda and explain the value of attending the event.
• Invite and secure registrations from qualified delegates.
• Confirm attendee availability and maintain accurate delegate records.
• Send calendar invites, event details, and reminder communications.
• Build strong professional relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Follow up regularly to maximize attendance and participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly delegate acquisition targets.
