Job Description: Senior Technical Manager – AI & Data Science
Experience: 10–15+ years
Role Summary
Lead AI and Data Science strategy, architecture, and delivery while managing high-
performing teams. Drive the development of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
that solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI/ML, Data Science, and Gen AI initiatives from concept to production.
• Manage and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.
• Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Drive MLOps best practices, model governance, and Responsible AI.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team performance.
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and
Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Py Torch/Tensor Flow, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Databricks, Spark, Docker,
Kubernetes, and MLOps.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI projects and technical teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related
field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics, with at least 5 years
in technical leader
