About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Q Architect to lead enterprise-scale modernization and transformation initiatives powered by Amazon Q Developer, Generative AI, AWS Cloud, and modern engineering practices. This is a strategic customer-facing role responsible for helping organizations transform their software delivery lifecycle, modernize legacy platforms, accelerate cloud adoption, improve developer productivity, and realize measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Transformation Advisory Serve as a strategic advisor to customers on AI-driven software engineering transformation.
• Define and execute enterprise modernization roadmaps leveraging Amazon Q, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
• Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering leaders to shape transformation strategies.
• Assess current technology landscapes, identify modernization opportunities, and establish future-state architectures.
• Drive customer success by aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, productivity goals, and ROI expectations.
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, and transformation planning sessions.
• AI-Powered Engineering Modernization Define enterprise adoption strategies for Amazon Q Developer and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Establish best practices for leveraging Generative AI across requirements, design, development, testing, DevOps, security, and operations.
• Drive legacy modernization initiatives including monolith-to-microservices transformations, application re-platforming, code modernization, and cloud migration.
• Design AI-enabled SDLC frameworks to improve engineering productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Mandatory skills: Agile SCRUM,Amazon Q.
• Relevant experience: Above 15 Years.
• Architecture Cloud 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on understanding of application modernization, migration, integration, and API-led architectures.
• Deep knowledge of security, resiliency, observability, and performance optimization.
• Amazon Q Generative AI Experience with Amazon Q Developer or enterprise AI-assisted development platforms.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered SDLC acceleration.
• Experience establishing AI governance, adoption frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to identify and implement AI-driven productivity improvements across engineering organizations.
• DevOps Agile Strong expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and release automation.
• Educational background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as applicable for the role.
