Standard Skillset
Must Have
- SQL Server DBA
- PowerShell Scripting
- Windows Troubleshooting Expert
- Query and Index Tuning
- Always On Availability Groups
- Disaster Recovery Orchestration
- Wait Statistics Analysis
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance like SOX and CIS
Good to Have
- SCOM – Intermediate
- SCCM – Intermediate
- Monitoring and Alerting Tuning
- Data Analytics (Tableau)
Desired Profile
- Expert in SQL Server DBA fundamentals.
- Expert in PowerShell Scripting.
- Expert analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
- Must be capable of doing code reviews and mentoring the junior developers to drive towards high-quality deliverables.
- Strong background culture of delivering projects with first-time-right / zero defects in production.
