Executive Assistant – Founder's Office | Chennai | 1-3 Years
About the Role
This role sits right next to the founder, keeping his day, his communications, and his priorities running smoothly. You'll be trusted with real ownership over his calendar, correspondence, and follow-through — and get a close-up view of how a growing brokerage is built and run.
What You'll Do
- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and travel — prioritising what matters most
- Draft and manage communications on his behalf, including emails and messages to clients, partners, and the team
- Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and follow up until they're closed
- Coordinate hiring logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer follow-ups
- Support client and partner coordination, including scheduling and logistics for key meetings
- Manage ad hoc projects and priorities as they come up, day to day
- Maintain complete confidentiality and represent the founder professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in executive support, ideally in a startup
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the judgement to represent the founder's voice
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and able to reprioritise quickly
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
